These terms cover your use of trcsuccess.com and everything on it, including the free scorecards and calculators. We wrote them in plain English. By using the site, you agree to them.

Who we are

trcsuccess.com is operated by TRC, LLC, doing business as TRC Success Partners, a business advisory and executive coaching firm in Las Vegas, Nevada, led by Jeff Rands. These terms also cover jeffreyrands.com, which we operate. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean TRC Success Partners.

Educational information, not professional advice

Everything on this site, including articles, examples, scorecards, calculators and results, is general business information for educational purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance or employment advice, and it doesn’t take the place of a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Reading the site, taking a scorecard or sending us a message doesn’t make you a client. Coaching, advisory and peer advisory group work is provided only under a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs those services.

Free scorecards and calculators

• Scores, dollar figures and recommendations are estimates. They are based only on the answers you enter and on general assumptions, and they may not reflect your business, your industry or your market.
• The calculations are simplified on purpose so they’re quick to use. They can contain errors, and we may change them at any time.
• You are responsible for the decisions you make. Check important numbers with your accountant, attorney or other advisor before acting on them.
• How we handle the answers you enter is explained in our Privacy Policy.

No guaranteed results

Stories and examples on this site, including results from Jeff’s own companies and from clients, show what happened in those situations. They are not typical or promised results. Every business is different, and your results depend on many things outside our control.

Our content

The articles, tools, scorecards, designs and other material on this site belong to TRC Success Partners or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. CEO Growth Blueprint™ and our other program names are our trademarks.

You’re welcome to share links to our pages and to print or save your own results for your personal or internal business use. Please don’t copy, republish, sell or build a product from our content or tools without our written permission.

We write our own material and sometimes use software tools, including AI writing assistants, to help draft and edit it. Every piece is reviewed by us before it’s published.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. Don’t submit false information or someone else’s contact details, try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, or use automated tools to collect its content.

The site links to services run by others, such as our online scheduling page, LinkedIn and jeffreyrands.com. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for them.

If you agree to receive text messages or email from us, our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy also apply.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent the law allows, TRC Success Partners and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or anything on it. If we are found liable for anything related to the site, our total liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some places don’t allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Nevada law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
