Text messaging program terms.

Effective October 11, 2026

These are the terms and conditions for TRC Success Partners’ SMS text messaging program, including messages related to the CEO Growth Scorecard. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Who this is from

This SMS program is operated by TRC, LLC, doing business as TRC Success Partners, a business advisory and executive coaching firm in Las Vegas, Nevada, led by Jeff Rands. Messages are sent from TRC Success Partners / Jeff Rands to recipients who opt in through trcsuccess.com or jeffreyrands.com.

The program

If you choose to receive your CEO Growth Scorecard results by text, or otherwise agree to receive text messages from us, you will receive:

• Your scorecard results, with a link to your full results page.
• A reminder if you started but did not finish an assessment.
• Occasional follow-up messages about our advisory services, peer advisory groups, and invitations to schedule a conversation.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can always choose email instead.

Message frequency & cost

• Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 6 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opt out & help

• Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at Contact@TRCSuccess.com or (702) 907-4320.

Data sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the service providers that help us send messages, who may use it solely to deliver them on our behalf.
